2024 USA Flag Football Registration –FAQ

How do I register a player?

Registration is completed online through this website.  After creating an account, you may choose and register for any of the sports currently available to you child.

When is registration?

Registration is currently open online and will close on March 31, 2023.
DUE TO LEAGUE RULES WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS AFTER 3/31/24...SO REGISTER TODAY!

When does the season start?

Practices begin on April 15, 2024 (weather and field conditions permitting), and our first game will be scheduled for the last weekend in April, the 27th and 28th.  The season is then planned to continue through June 9, 2024.

Where do you hold your practices?

Most of our practices are held at Starpoint Central School on the fields to the East of Fricano Primary School. 

When are practices held?

Practices start in April and are held at each coach’s discretion.

Generally, practices will be held weeknights from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  

Where do you play your games?

All of our home games are played on the same fields we practice on at Starpoint Central School on the fields to the East of Fricano Primary School. 
Away games are played at the home fields of other NEYSA organizations throughout Niagara and Erie County.

When are games played?

Games will be played on either Saturday or Sunday during the season, depending on field availability. 

How much does it cost to participate?

Registration this year is $75.. 

What will I have to buy?

As part of registration, each player will receive a reversible jersey and a flag belt. Additionally, each player must themselves purchase a mouth guard, which are required by league rules to play.  Although cleats are not required, they are recommended.
